"My big old Chevy Truck" (Song)

"My big old Chevy Truck"

It was back in those good old days when quality was a thing

It brought some satisfaction that was awe inspiring

They assembled all the parts and they didn’t count on luck

When they joined it altogether then, it made my Chevy Truck

Chorus

As I drive my big old Chevy Truck it has some kerb appeal

It has real leather seats and it’s made of solid steel

Drove my Chevy to the levee ‘cause I’t’s feelin’ kind of dry

My suburban keeps on runnin’ and it’s never gonna die

As I’m rollin’ down the highway now, this is just a sinch

My steering is so beautiful it doesn’t move an inch

I floor it on this stretch of road it’s one of a kind

The cops are in the distance as I leave them far behind

Chorus

As I drive my big old Chevy Truck it has some kerb appeal

It has real leather seats and it’s made of solid steel

Drove my Chevy to the levee ‘cause I’t’s feelin’ kind of dry

My suburban keeps on runnin’ and it’s never gonna die

My Chevy Truck has four by four, electric windows on the door

Seats fold down right to the floor, power locks, and room galore

Interior lights and cruise control, it’ll drive you safe to Montreal

This is my big old Chevy Truck, the best Truck in the world

Chorus

As I drive my big old Chevy Truck it has some kerb appeal

It has real leather seats and it’s made of solid steel

Drove my Chevy to the levee ‘cause I’t’s feelin’ kind of dry

My suburban keeps on runnin’ and it’s never gonna die

I just love my big old Chevy Truck in summer, spring, and fall

As I’m cruisin’ through the country I’m just having a ball

But, when it comes to winter and the ice is on the road

I just use, my four by four, to pull me through the snow

Chorus

As I drive my big old Chevy Truck it has some kerb appeal

It has real leather seats and it’s made of solid steel

Drove my Chevy to the levee ‘cause I’t’s feelin’ kind of dry

My suburban keeps on runnin’ and it’s never gonna die(X2)
